Water is good for...absolutely everyone!  At TCCC, we have an array of aquatic classes to help you on your road to success. Tri-City Court Club offers about 25 aquatic fitness classes every week.  But more importantly, we guarantee you will have fun along the way!

There are many benefits of working out in swimming pools. Not only is it easier to stay cooler in a pool, but the workout itself has massive perks.  Just a few benefits are:

  • The average thirty minute pool workout burns approximately 300 calories. It takes the elimination of 3500 calories to burn off a pound of body fat. A minimum three to four times per week pool workout is recommended, so a mere three to four weeks can result in measurable weight loss.

  • Pool workouts are a great way to build up cardio endurance. When in cooler water, the blood moves through the body at a faster rate to warm it up. When coupled with an aerobic program the result is an improved cardiovascular performance over time.

Private Aquatics Training at TCCC - Aqua 1:1

Take your love for aquatic exercise to the next level!  Aqua 1:1 is a personal training program taught by our expertly trained aquatic fitness trainers.  Our trainers design each 45 minute session around your specific needs and goals. Whether you’re looking for post rehab/post injury workouts, non-impact strengthening exercises or just love aquatic exercise, these private sessions with personal one-on-one instruction offer a huge benefit to your overall health and wellness. We offer a FREE consultation and highly recommend Aqua 1:1 for seniors, beginner exercisers, weight loss and cross training.

Class Schedule

Winter Weather Policy:

If Kennewick School District posts a delay or cancellation all aqua classes before noon are combined into one Aqua Fit class at 10:00 a.m. Classes noon or later run as scheduled. 6:00 a.m. class, if no delay or cancellation was announced the night before but we experienced bad weather overnight, a decision is made by 5:00 a.m. whether to hold class or not. Please call the service desk to verify class status. For the safety of our members and employees, in the case of freezing rain or dangerous road conditions classes may be cancelled. Please check the Tri-City Court Club app or Facebook for updates or call the service desk for more information. Thank you!

Aqua Strong

Get stronger, build endurance and burn fat! Experience the power of the pool in our Aqua Strong small group training. A certified trainer and up to 8 participants use specially designed drag resistance equipment and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to get a dynamic, challenging and high cardio workout in a low-impact setting.

Aqua Motion

Aqua Motion

Aqua Motion is for individuals learning to live with neurological movement disorders (MS, Parkinson’s, and stroke recovery). Class is open to anyone seeking low-impact, light exercise with gentle resistance.

Season 1 (2019):
January 8 - February 28
Days: Tuesday and Thursdays
Time: 1:00 - 1:45 p.m.
Cost: FREE for members, 10 class punch cards available for $60 for community members.
Ages: 16+
Max Class Size: 14 people
