Tri-City Court Club offers nearly 100 group fitness classes per week that can fit into anyone's busy schedule. Our dynamic instructor team leads the way to fun, energizing and motivating workouts. All classes begin with a warm-up phase and conclude with a cool-down phase. Dress comfortably with proper footwear. A water bottle and workout towel are recommended.

Group Fitness Winter Weather Cancellation Policy

If Kennewick schools are delayed or cancelled due to weather, all group fitness classes before 9:00 a.m. are cancelled. In the event of hazardous conditions (such as freezing rain), check Facebook and Tri-City Court Club phone app for cancellations and updates before afternoon or evening classes.

Group Blast: 60 minutes of cardio training that uses The STEP in highly effective, athletic ways. It will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy. 

Group Centergy: Grow longer and stronger with an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core. 

Group Fight: A gripping hour that burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to smash your cardio fitness!

Extended Ride

This 2- hour indoor cycling class is geared towards cyclists looking to increase time and distance executing drills and intervals.

New Year's Launch! New Class: Yoga Tone

Yoga Tone combines vinyasa style yoga with the added intensity of weights. Boost your metabolism and build lean muscle as you move through yoga sequences, strength-training challenges and core-stability/strengthening exercises. Flow through sun salutations and incorporate strength training for the upper and lower body. After a small cardio burst the class finishes up with a core-focused segment and traditional yoga stretching poses. This class increases your flexibility, balance, and total body strength. It’s a great fit for yoga and strength training lovers alike. Expect a higher intensity workout than a typical yoga class with modifications offered for all levels in a non-heated studio. Come ready to engage your mind and body in this dynamic class.

Yoga Tone classes will be held Tuesday/Thursday starting Tuesday, January 9 from 9:10 - 10:10 a.m. in Studio III.

bootybarre is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga. bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.  We focus on proper bio-mechanics for a safe and well structured class that can be modified for any fitness level.

What to wear - any comfortable workout clothes with grip socks (or bare feet).


Zumba for Special Needs

This specialized Zumba class meets in the lobby and walks together to Studio III.  Open to the community.
