Extended Ride

This 2 hour indoor cycling class is geared towards the cyclist training for distance, but unable to ride outside due to the colder weather and shorter days. Each Saturday morning this 2 hour ride includes rolling hills, sprint sets, cycling drills, graduated hill climbs and time trials. Extended Ride differs from Group Ride by adding an hour, pushing through longer sets and using different music. If you’ve been doing Group Ride for a while, you’re ready to join Extended Ride.
