This launch focuses on strength, toning, balance and dance by offering a sample class of Bootybarre, Yoga Tone and Zumba. Come join our highly trained instructors and try Bootybarre, a combination of strength & flexibility with a touch of cardiovascular training, Yoga Tone, where you will build lean muscle as you move through yoga sequences, strength-training challenges and core-stability/ strengthening exercises and Zumba, an energizing Latin music based dance class.
