Welcome

Tri-City Court Club offers nearly 100 group fitness classes per week that can fit into anyone's busy schedule. Our dynamic instructor team leads the way to fun, energizing and motivating workouts. All classes begin with a warm-up phase and conclude with a cool-down phase. Dress comfortably with proper footwear. A water bottle and workout towel are recommended.

A great big thanks goes out to Liz Bryant for 30 years of dedication to Tri-City Court Club and helping our members get and stay in shape. She has been instrumental in building a very strong instructor team and working tirelessly to keep the group exercise program fun and fresh. She came on as the manager at the time we were transitioning into the MOSSA programming. She brought bootybarre to the Club, worked as a coach in Thin&Healthy and taught our nutrition 101 classes. Liz has taught Pilates classes and trained many instructors in the method of Pilates. She has taught just about every MOSSA class we offer. Liz has ensured our MOSSA classes are of the highest quality. Please be sure to give a big shout out and thank you to Liz the next time you see her. We will miss her on our management team. Thankfully you will still see Liz teaching Pilates and Group Centergy! We wish her a happy, healthy retirement!!

Welcome Emily McKee to our management team. She is our new group exercise director in charge of managing all of our group exercise classes and instructors. She comes to the Club with a wealth of experience having already managed a group exercise department in Prosser. She has been in the fitness industry for over 8 years and is passionate about fitness and group exercise. She is owner and an ACE certified health coach of Prosser Power with Emily. She’s been a Les Mills Body Pump and CX Worx instructor (equivalent to our Group Power and Group Core). We are excited to have Emily take the lead and continue to make our group exercise classes the best in the area. Welcome Emily!

Group Ride: Spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On! Bike shorts recommended.

Group Power: Group Power is your hour of power! This barbell program strengthens major muscles, while adding simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls. 

Group Blast: 60 minutes of cardio training that uses The STEP in highly effective, athletic ways. This class gets your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy. 

Group Fight: A gripping hour that burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to smash your cardio fitness!

R30: (Seasonal, makes an appearance in fall) R30 gets you fitter and feeling better in only 30 minutes. It's a cardio workout that is as easy as riding a bike! 

Group Centergy: Grow longer and stronger with an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. This class incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core.

Zumba for Special Needs

This specialized Zumba class meets in the lobby and walks together to Studio III.  Open to the community.

  • Tuesdays, 4:30 p.m. - 5:15 p.m.

Class Schedule

Winter Weather Cancellation Policy:

If Kennewick schools are delayed or cancelled due to weather, all group fitness classes before 9:00 a.m. are cancelled.  In the event of hazardous conditions (such as freezing rain), check Facebook for cancellations and updates before afternoon or evening classes, or download our app for up to date schedule information. Call the Club for early morning (5:15 a.m.) class updates.
