Tri-City Court Club offers nearly 100 group fitness classes per week that can fit into anyone's busy schedule. Our dynamic instructor team leads the way to fun, energizing and motivating workouts. All classes begin with a warm-up phase and conclude with a cool-down phase. Dress comfortably with proper footwear. A water bottle and workout towel are recommended.

Group Power: Group Power is your hour of power! This barbell program strengthens major muscles, while adding simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls. 

Group Centergy: Grow longer and stronger with an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. This class incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core. 

Group Fight: A gripping hour that burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to smash your cardio fitness!

Group Blast: 60 minutes of cardio training that uses The STEP in highly effective, athletic ways. This class gets your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy.

Zumba Launches

Get ready for the beach and let’s burn some calories at our Zumba launch! This class is our members’ favorite because it’s so much fun dancing it feels more like a party instead of exercise! bootybarre Launch

If you’re motivated to get your body sculpted - then come to our bootybarre launch! Bootybarre is the perfect class to sculpt, strengthen and tone using dance based exercises. Learn the basics of bootybarre exercises using weights and props. Enjoy the experience with great music and our awesome instructors.
