Tri-City Court Club offers nearly 100 group fitness classes per week that can fit into anyone's busy schedule. Our dynamic instructor team leads the way to fun, energizing and motivating workouts. All classes begin with a warm-up phase and conclude with a cool-down phase. Dress comfortably with proper footwear. A water bottle and workout towel are recommended.

Group Ride: Spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On! Bike shorts recommended.

Group Power: Group Power is your hour of power! This barbell program strengthens major muscles, while adding simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls. 

Group Blast: 60 minutes of cardio training that uses The STEP in highly effective, athletic ways. This class gets your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy. 

Group Fight: A gripping hour that burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to smash your cardio fitness!

R30: (Seasonal, makes an appearance in Fall) R30 will get you fitter and feeling better in only 30 minutes. It's a cardio workout that is as easy as riding a bike! 

Group Centergy: Grow longer and stronger with an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. This class incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core.

Zumba for Special Needs

This specialized Zumba class meets in the lobby and walks together to Studio III.  Open to the community.
