Tri-City Court Club offers nearly 100 group fitness classes per week that can fit into anyone's busy schedule. Our dynamic instructor team leads the way to fun, energizing and motivating workouts. All classes begin with a warm-up phase and conclude with a cool-down phase. Dress comfortably with proper footwear. A water bottle and workout towel are recommended.

Floor Refinishing Modified Group Fitness Class Schedule:

Starting Wednesday afternoon, August 30 thru Friday morning, September 8 we will be refinishing the Studio floors throughout the club. All of the classes will be held in the Kid's Fitness RoomJazzercise and Tuesday/Thursday 6:00 p.m. Yoga classes move to Studio II at their regular time. For the modified Group Fitness Class schedule, click the schedules below.  Classes resume as scheduled Friday afternoon, September 8.

Group Centergy: Grow longer and stronger with an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core. 

Group Fight: A gripping hour that burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to smash your cardio fitness!

Group Ride: A huge calorie burner that builds great-looking legs! It's a 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors. Roll over hills, chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains, and sprint to the finish!


Zumba Party

If you like to burn calories while you’re having fun dancing – then you’ll love our Zumba Party. We invite you to join the party with new music and new moves taught by our fantastic Zumba team. The best part – you don’t even realize you’re burning calories! Bring a friend and double your chances to win in our drawing.

Group Core and Group Fight Fall Launch

Train like an athlete at our fall launch and experience Group Core and Group Fight.  Put the two classes together for a perfect pairing or just attend one. Group Core packs 30 minutes of functional training and integrative exercises that focus on core strength and stamina.  Group Fight is a gripping hour that burns a ton of calories while building total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements performed at a rapid fire pace! Both classes are taught by expert coaches with motivating music. Bring a friend and win prizes at our drawings!

Now offering bootybarre!

bootybarre is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga. bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.  We focus on proper bio-mechanics for a safe and well structured class that can be modified for any fitness level.

What to wear - any comfortable workout clothes with grip socks (or bare feet).

This specialized Zumba class meets in the lobby and walks together to Studio III.  Open to the community.
