Tri-City Court Club offers nearly 100 group fitness classes per week that can fit into anyone's busy schedule. Our dynamic instructor team leads the way to fun, energizing and motivating workouts. All classes begin with a warm-up phase and conclude with a cool-down phase. Dress comfortably with proper footwear. A water bottle and workout towel are recommended.

Now offering bootybarre!

bootybarre is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga. bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.  We focus on proper bio-mechanics for a safe and well structured class that can be modified for any fitness level.

What to wear - any comfortable workout clothes with grip socks (or bare feet).


Group Blast & Group Power Launch

Give your workout a “blast” and power up” your routine by combining these two fantastic workouts in one day! Start with Group Blast, our athletic style cardio class that improves cardiovascular training, coordination and agility. Then complete the challenge with Group Power, a one hour class that incorporates barbells and weighted plates working all your major muscles. Experience the fun of both classes with motivating music and outstanding instructor teams. Bring a guest and earn an extra entry into the drawing. Attend both classes and earn a chance to win a cash grand prize.

Zumba Party

If you like to burn calories while you’re having fun dancing – then you’ll love our Zumba Party. We invite you to join the party with new music and new moves taught by our fantastic Zumba team. Zumba for Special Needs

This specialized Zumba class meets in the lobby and walks together to Studio III.  Open to the community.

  • Tuesdays, 4:30pm - 5:15pm

Floor Refinishing Modified Group Fitness Class Schedule:

Starting Wednesday, August 30th thru Friday, September 8th we will be refinishing the Studio floors throughout the club. All of the classes will be held in the Kid's Fitness RoomJazzercise and Tuesday/Thursday 6:00 p.m. Yoga classes move to Studio II at their regular time.
