Tri-City Court Club offers nearly 100 group fitness classes per week that can fit into anyone's busy schedule. Our dynamic instructor team leads the way to fun, energizing and motivating workouts. All classes begin with a warm-up phase and conclude with a cool-down phase. Dress comfortably with proper footwear. A water bottle and workout towel are recommended.

Group Blast: 60 minutes of cardio training that uses The STEP in highly effective, athletic ways. It will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy. 

Group Ride: Everyone finishes first in Group Ride! Spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On! Bike shorts recommended.

Group Power: Group Power is your hour of power! This barbell program strengthens major muscles , while adding simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls. 

Group Centergy: Grow longer and stronger with an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core. 

Group Fight: A gripping hour that burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to smash your cardio fitness!

bootybarre: This class fuses Pilates, dance, yoga and athletic interval training.  Sculpt, tighten and tone your entire body without adding bulk. Bootybarre also increases balance, body awareness, flexibility , and cardiovascular endurance. No experience necessary!

This 2- hour indoor cycling class is geared towards cyclists looking to increase time and distance executing drills and intervals.

Group Blast and Group Centergy Launch

Rejuvenate your fitness goals this spring and get ready for summer! We invite you to our April launch where you can pair Group Blast and Group Centergy for a fun-filled, awesome workout. Ramp up your workout with Group Blast, our powerhouse cardio class that trains the body with athletic style programming using the step. Follow it with Group Centergy, our Pilates/Yoga fused class and learn the importance of the mind body connection.   Benefits also include increased core strength, agility, flexibility and mobility.  Both classes are programmed to motivating, fun music and are led our stellar instructor teams. This Group Centergy launch class replaces the regular 9:00 a.m. class on this date only. It is advised to bring a yoga mat. The 9:15 a.m. Group Power class is cancelled on this date only.
