The Little Black Dress Project
Calling all women that would like to feel beautiful and comfortable in their own skin. Like a woman should feel! The LBD Project is on a mission to help women, lose weight and celebrate being a strong and confident woman. The LBD project is about developing your inner confidence to make you feel strong, sexy and unstoppable. Includes: 2 weekly workouts, daily inspirational emails, LBD recipe book, LBD private Facebook group, LBD Success Manual and Little Black Dress Final Party!

  • Days: Monday/Wednesday
  • Times: 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. & 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Triathlon Packages:  Monthly Training Plan-
Designed to be complete one-on-one experience that incorporates diet, training, and fitness evaluation plans based on personal goals, schedule and specific races. Includes:

  • An updated customized weekly training plan with heart rate/wattage training zones provided.
  • Run, bike, and swim analysis if needed.
  • Strength workout routines (coach will return emails within 24 hours unless other arrangements have been made).
  • Weekly personal phone/email evaluations (coach will return emails within 24 hours unless other arrangements have been made).
  • Tutorial on heart rate/wattage training with training levels provided.
  • Group training on swim, bike and run with open water practice.
  • Cost: 180 per month plus tax.

Racing Training Plan-
Designed for the person that has already been introduced and actively training, self motivated to workout. We'll evaluate your personal goal and specific race.

  • Introductory meeting to establish training levels, schedule, heart rate and/or specific distances.
  • Personal 12 to 16 week training schedule catered to your training needs, goals or race distances.
  • Midway meeting to talk, evaluate your progress and re-caliber where we need to. Block specific training depending on race schedule.
  • Invite to group swim, bike and run training.
  • Cost: 375 for 12 weeks. 450 for 16 weeks.
