Kids' Programs & Activities
No evening kids’ programs on the following dates:

Are you looking for a place for your kids to go while you workout, or are you looking for a place that your kids WANT to go?
Kids and families are our specialty. We offer a wide range of programs and special activities designed so kids and adults can play together, or let us entertain the kids while you workout. That's why we're the Family Place to Be! Kids’ Programs listed in the Kids' Activity Schedule are FREE with a family membership. We also offer some specialty programs for a small fee.
Weights & Cardio Equipment Orientation
Children 12 and 13 are eligible to use the weight room. Prior to using this area they must complete an orientation. Sign up online or at the service desk. At each visit children must stop at the service desk for a wrist band before using the weight room and participating in group exercise classes.
Kids' Karate (Ages 6-13)
The style of karate taught at the Tri-City Court Club is Goju Ryu, a traditional Okinawan style that stresses a balance of hand and foot techniques, practical self defense, and physical conditioning. Located in Studio I. Parents are welcome to observe, chairs are available. For more information on Karate, click here.
Upcoming Kids' Events
A fun time for families to come and enjoy some extra fun in the pool. Bring your pool noodles, dive toys and come make a splash! Come check out the new inflatable obstacle course, Squidley! Non-swimmers and children under 6 must wear a life jacket on the inflatable and have a responsible person (16+) in the water with them while using the pool and hot tubs. Pool parties run: October - mid-May
Time: Friday: 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Sunday: 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Ages: 6+ (Children under 6 and non-swimmers need an adult in the water within arms reach)

Join our “No School” programs! Run off extra energy, meet up with friends and have a blast!

Crafty Kids is all about fun and crafts. Come be creative with us!

Rock Climbing Camp
Camp participants learn how to take their climbing to the next level through an intense week of strength and cardio conditioning, flexibility and balance training, problem solving, rope management and knot tying.
Participants learn valuable climbing techniques such as dynos, mantles, finger stacks, matching, edging and the ultimate “heel lock” for scaling steep faces and overhangs. But more important, the climbers discover how much fun and challenging sport climbing can be.
Dress in closed toe shoes and comfortable clothing!
Dates: August 12 - 15

Cost: $70 members, $80 community

Basketball Skills Clinic
An all-around basketball skill development clinic for boys and girls from 4th grade to 9th grade. This is a unique camp that utilizes decision training drills to help players improve their ball handling, shooting, decision making, and offensive skills. The camp is challenging yet fun for all skill levels.
