X-CEL Youth Workout


X-CEL is a youth program that teaches coordination, endurance and a healthy lifestyle. Obstacle courses, fitness inspired games and fitness challenges are examples of just some of the fun you will experience.  Parent please note:  Kids signed up to participate need to be to class on time and plan on staying the entire duration of class. Penny Horst is a certified TRIBE training coach who shares her passion for fitness and creates a fun and challenging program for kids.
