“Next Generation Kids’ Yoga combines the ancient practices of Yoga with the playful nature of children. We encourage children to use their whole bodies, independent minds and intuitive senses as we engage and educate their entire beings. We respect and encourage the developmental and individual needs of every child”.
Taught by: Sarah Overturf. Sarah has been working with children since 2003 as a teacher and as a school counselor since 2013. She started getting into yoga in 2013 and is very passionate about it. She wants to share that passion with our community! Not only is yoga physically challenging, but also mentally. Kids’ yoga teaches students to relax and breathe, all while modeling self-love and respect!
Parents please note: The nature of this class asks for children participating to be on time and plan on staying for the duration of class. Thank you.
Yoga mats and towels are not necessary but very helpful. Bring your own please.
