Being a former athlete, I have always been passionate about health and fitness. It is eventually what led me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science. I find it fascinating what the human body is capable of doing; it can not only perform unimaginable physical feats but it can ultimately heal itself. My goal, is to help you receive all the benefits, that each station in the Recovery Zone has to offer. I am a proud mom and grandma, that loves to spend time with my family. In the summer my husband and I like to go boating. There's nothing like spending the day on the river with friends and family, just relaxing and BBQ-ing. My motto is "don't sweat the small stuff". If you think about it, it's all small in the grand scheme of things.

I'm a licensed aesthetician with a passion for health and wellness. In my spare time I enjoy camping, Scrabble, and lazy Saturdays with my husband and kiddos. I am so excited to be working in the recovery zone where I can help our members feel their best.

  • B.A. in Organizational Management with a minor in both Public Health and Health Promotions

After 30+ years of sports and fitness activities to include 20 years in the Air Force; you can definitely say I have a love for fitness and health. I received my B.A. in Organizational Management with a minor in both Public Health and Health Promotions to enhance my knowledge base on health and nutrition. My family and I have traveled and lived all around the world and being active has always been an important part of our lifestyle. We always enjoy sharing our activities with friends and family to help improve their lifestyle and teach them healthy habits. I enjoy running, biking, boating, snowboarding.....just about everything you can do outside. I also spend time in the weight room to incorporate strength training with my cardio to ensure a total body workout. I find joy in my work here at the Recovery Zone where I can potentially have an impact on Club member's livelihood and overall wellness! My motto is to "live life to it's fullest....life is too short to stand still."

I grew up playing sports and being active. I went to Western Washington University and studied Exercise Science. I love being active with my family and enjoy watching my kids play sports. I am so excited about the Recovery Zone and it's potential to help so many people continue to live an active lifestyle and also help others to heal their bodies from injury and illness.

I'm a long time activity seeker, part time Recovery Zone attendant. Whether its paddle boarding the Columbia, hiking, or working out, I have always been interested in the what the human body is capable of achieving. Working at the Recovery Zone provides an amazing outlet to help treat the members of our community, to better improve the quality of their daily and recreational lives.
