Racquetball & Squish
That strange looking net you see across the front wall of a racquetball court is for Squish, a sport that combines the action of racquetball, squash, tennis and even a little ping-pong. Once you get the hang of it you can burn up to 1000 calories an hour. Squish is easy to learn and lots of fun. Want to learn how to play? Contact Steve for a free Intro to Squish lesson at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Tri-City Court Club has three racquetball courts and plenty of players and programs to keep you active. If you are looking for a good way to take your racquetball game to the next level, league play is a good means to that end. You are exposed to different styles and skill sets, along with plenty of good-natured competition, all while chasing a bouncing blue ball that can reach speeds of 100+ miles per hour!
