Racquetball & Squish
That strange looking net you see across the front wall of a racquetball court is for Squish, a sport that combines the action of racquetball, squash, tennis and even a little ping-pong. Once you get the hang of it you can burn up to 1000 calories an hour. Squish is easy to learn and lots of fun. Want to learn how to play? Squish Summer Slam
A no-holds-barred winner takes all Squish Doubles extravaganza. Players are teamed up randomly with partners and play round-robin style. The winners receive a coveted Squish t-shirt.

It's a GREAT Workout! Did you know that a 200 pound man will burn 900 calories in 60 minutes playing competitive racquetball? Best of all, it is fun and easy to learn! Tri-City Court Club has three racquetball courts and plenty of players and programs to keep you active. If you are looking for a good way to take your racquetball game to the next level, league play is a good means to that end. You are exposed to different styles and skill sets, along with plenty of good-natured competition, all while chasing a bouncing blue ball that can reach speeds of 100+ miles per hour! Leagues are free and open to all levels. Participants can enroll in a league at any time.
Racquetball Challenge Pyramid
In these tournaments you arrange your own matches and play at times that are mutually convenient. They are fun and a great way to meet new players to challenge and develop your game.

Racquetball Skills Clinic
Learn the skills you need to raise the level of your game, whether you are new to the sport or a veteran tournament player. A different skill is covered each month by Stan Johnson.
