Achieve Your Goals
There are many ways we can work together to help you achieve your goals. Your options include private or partner personal training,  Tribe Team Training Program or a combination of both. For example, many of our clients train privately with their personal trainer 2-4 times per week for half-hour or full-hour sessions. Some of our clients get started with a trainer who designs a program for them and they follow that program on their own. They check in with their trainer once every 4-6 weeks to monitor progress and make updates to their program. There are many clients who do a combination of both - they might see a trainer once per week to ensure a tough workout and to hold them accountable weekly, while also challenging themselves with our cutting-edge Tribe Team Training Program.

We customize a plan to help you achieve optimal results. Your plan is based on your goals, interests, current fitness level, time and financial budget. We are committed to helping you achieve results.  Call (509) 783-5465 to speak to one of our fitness professionals.

Break Free & Dance

There is a growing concern about the health of our youth and their limited exposure to physical activity. We teach basic footwork fundamentals, workouts and stretches specific to the dance, and more. Patience is key as no one can become a master break-dancing overnight.

We work in a fun, positive, energetic atmosphere. Each participant learns to inspire and encourage all their dance mates. Participants learn something new each session while exploring opportunities for self-development.

Does your youth love music? Do they like to dance? Are they looking for ways to explore opportunities for self-development? Any youth that loves music/dancing are highly encouraged to join us.

"Break-dancing is a physically demanding activity and, in my perspective, the greatest form of martial arts. Deriving from hip hop culture and known as hip hop’s first dance, this dance has the power to inspire. Hip hop was created as a means to escape poverty through peace, love, unity, and by having fun which is shown in this art form. Through break-dancing I learned how to grow from within, developing character, confidence, discipline, hard work, as well as becoming physically stronger and coordinated." -Coach Mike Dang

Stop by the Service Desk to book your initial Fit3D Scan today! It’s only $5.00 per scan.

Have you been training relentlessly, but the scale just won’t budge? Do you feel like you are making progress, but your weight just doesn’t seem to agree? The problem might not be with your progress. A scale never shows you the whole picture. Enter the Fit 3D Scanner, which won’t measure your weight, but gives you something more accurate…MEASUREMENTS!

The Fit 3D Scanner gives you 450 different measurements, providing you with the most detailed volumetric assessment of your own body you have ever received.

Track Progress Precisely

With the Fit 3D Scanner, you can compare scans taken at different points in your training side by side. You can even print detailed reports to show friends, family, trainers, coaches, or your doctor. See categorically how your body is changing through you training with real, measurable results. The Fit 3D Scanner can even provide you with feedback about how well balanced your posture is, and how this changes over time as you train!

The Fit 3D Scanner has a specialized depth camera that conducts a full body scan and creates a complete, unabridged map of your body. About 1000 images are captured during every session, leaving no detail spared. This might not sound like your favorite idea at the beginning of your journey to a healthier you, but after a few weeks, you’ll be rewarded when you can print a report of exactly how much progress you’ve made!

Cancer WellFit™ Program

Our Cancer Wellness Program is a 10-week small group program designed for cancer survivors who have recently become de-conditioned or chronically fatigued from their treatment and/or disease. Our goal is to help patients build muscle mass and muscle strength, increase flexibility and endurance, and improve functional ability. Additional goals include reducing the severity of therapy side effects, preventing unwanted weight changes, and improving energy levels and self-esteem. A final goal of the program is to assist participants in developing their own physical fitness program so they can continue to practice a healthy lifestyle as a part of their recovery and as a way of life.

Cancer WellFit™ is made possible at the Tri-City Court Club with our partnership with the Tri-Cities Cancer Center. We have worked with hundreds of clients since 2006.
