Achieve Your Goals
There are many ways we can work together to help you achieve your goals. Your options include private or partner personal training, Tribe Team Training Program or a combination of both. For example, many of our clients train privately with their personal trainer 2-4 times per week for half-hour or full-hour sessions. Some of our clients get started with a trainer who designs a program for them and they follow that program on their own. They will check in with their trainer once 4-6 weeks to monitor progress and make updates to their program. There are many clients who do a combination of both - they might see a trainer once per week to ensure a tough workout and to hold them accountable weekly, while also challenging themselves with our cutting-edge Tribe Team Training Program.

Break Free & Dance!
There is a growing concern about the health of our youth and their limited exposure to physical activity. We are offering an opportunity to expose our youth to breakdancing. We teach basic footwork fundamentals and foundation, multiple levels of concepts, workouts and stretches specific to the dance, and more. Patience is key as no one can become a master break-dancing overnight.
We work in a fun, positive, energetic atmosphere. Each participant learns to inspire and encourage all their dance mates. Participants learn something new each session while exploring new opportunities for self-development.

About Coach Mike Dang
Growing up, I was fortunate enough to have had the experience of being exposed to many different forms of physical activities. My parents put me through many traditional sports like basketball, football, soccer, wrestling tennis, and etc. However, not too many of those sports really caught my interest as I felt forced into doing them. Alongside those sports I also participated in martial arts outside of school which I really enjoyed and pursued. As I grew older, music became a big part of my life so I picked up dancing, as they go hand-in-hand. Through life encounters I picked up and learned the art of breakdancing. Breakdancing is a physically demanding activity and, in my perspective, the greatest form of martial arts. Deriving from hip hop culture and known as hip hop’s first dance, this dance has the power to inspire. Hip hop was created as a means to escape poverty through peace, love, unity, and by having fun which is shown in this art form. Through breakdancing I learned how to grow from within, developing character, confidence, discipline, hard work, as well as becoming physically stronger and coordinated.
