Pool and Swim Information
Tri-City Court Club's two indoor 25-yard pools are designed for fun and fitness for all ages. Relax in one of our three whirlpools or warm-up in our sauna or our steam room. Adult and family swim available daily, 7 days per week. Pool parties, swim lessons, Master's Swim and more than 25 aquatic classes per week make for an exciting aquatic destination.
Proper swim suit attire is required: clothing specifically designed for swimming - one or two-piece swim suits for girls and lined swim trunks for boys; only Lycra swim shirts allowed. Inappropriate bathing suits or street clothes, basketball shorts or workout shorts are not allowed in the swimming pools, hot tubs, or steam room.
Sauna attire: A swim suit or light clean clothing may be worn. Please no street shoes or heavy clothing. Please no scented oils or lotions.
Steam room: Swim attire required. A t-shirt may be worn in the steam room. To prevent odors if wearing a t-shirt it must be clean. Due to allergies please no eucalyptus oils.

Adult Swim Workouts
Our Masters Swim Program is geared toward adult swimmers from an intermediate level up through advanced training. Our experienced instructors work with you on stroke technique, efficiency in the water, and design a swim plan to help you meet your fitness goals. Masters classes are free with membership. Look for times and days on our AQUATIC FITNESS SCHEDULE. Class options include:
Tri-Swim / Intermediate Masters Swim - A class perfect for swimmers who are comfortable in the water but may not have had any stroke instruction. The goal of this class is to increase swimmer's speed, build endurance, and develop and refine stroke techniques.
Masters Swim - This class is for swimmers who require little or no technique work. The main focus of this class is endurance and speed work. Classes are intended for the seasoned swimmer or triathlete who is looking to step in the next level of competition.
Extended Masters Swim - This class is specifically for advanced swimmers or triathletes and provides a longer, more challenging and intense workout. Swimmers training for longer swim distances are recommended for this class.
Adult Swim Team: Tri-Cities Atomic Sturgeons (TCAS)
Are you an adult who loves to swim competitively? Join the Tri-Cities Atomic Sturgeons at Tri-City Court Club! Our adult swim team is a great way to stay competitive in the water, get in a good workout, make friends, and have fun! American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification Class
Next class session begins Winter Break, so keep checking back for updates!
This 40-hour course provides you with the knowledge and skills to become an American Red Cross certified lifeguard. This course covers customer service issues, surveillance, legal factors, rescues, first aid, CPR/AED and practical skills.
To earn your Red Cross certification you must be 15+ years old and able to pass a standardized swim test. Certification exam and skills testing is offered upon completion of the course. To receive course information and syllabus register at the service desk for the class.

Tri-City Channel Cats
The Tri-City Channel Cats are a USA Swimming-affiliated team. They provide a year-round competitive swim program for athletes of all ages and abilities. Practices are held at Tri-City Court Club and Columbia Basin Racquet Club.
About the Channel Cats
The Tri-City Channel Cats swim club is a USA Swimming year round competitive swim team offering high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability, from novice to national competitor.
All of our coaches, as members of the American Swim Coaches Association, have access to the most comprehensive training and certification program for youth coaches of any sport in the United States. They provide assurances that the time children spend in swimming will be quality time.
The Tri-City Channel Cats, a non profit club, is run by its elected Board of Directors which meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. All members are welcome at each meeting and encouraged to be involved in team activities and fundraisers. We are constantly growing and training young swimmers to maintain a well-rounded competitive swim team.
