Adult Swim Workouts
Our Masters Swim Program is geared toward adult swimmers from an intermediate level up through advanced training.  Our experienced instructors work with you on stroke technique, efficiency in the water, and design a swim plan to help you meet your fitness goals.  Masters classes are free with membership. Look for times and days on our   AQUATIC FITNESS SCHEDULE.  Class options include:

  • Tri-Swim / Intermediate Masters Swim - A class perfect for swimmers who are comfortable in the water but may not have had any stroke instruction. The goal of this class is to increase swimmer's speed, build endurance, and develop and refine stroke techniques.

  • Masters Swim - This class is for swimmers who require little or no technique work. The main focus of this class is endurance and speed work. Classes are intended for the seasoned swimmer or triathlete who is looking to step in the next level of competition.

  • Extended Masters Swim - This class is specifically for advanced swimmers or triathletes and provides a longer, more challenging and intense workout. Swimmers training for longer swim distances are recommended for this class.
