Group Ride®
Everyone finishes first in Group Ride®! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 60 minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On!

Group Kick®
Group Kick® brings it on! This electric 60 minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence! Energetic music, awesome instructors and a group environment will keep you punching, kicking and smiling! Group Kick will knock you out!
 
Group Power®
Group Power® is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. Zumba

Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms with and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Achieve long-term results while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life. Zumba Gold
Enjoy Zumba at a gentler pace but with the same fun music and dance moves. Appealing to the beginner.
 
Jazzercise 
This is a 60-minute class of cardio, strength and stretch moves for a total body workout. We've taken moves from hip-hop, yoga, Pilates, jazz dance, kickboxing, and resistance training and bundled them all into one hour. All ages and levels are welcome. Dance in for some fun!
 
Adult Karate
Traditional Okinawan Goiu-ryu Karate and self-defense instruction which stresses total physical and mental conditioning, respect for others and non-violent conflict resolution. Beginners may start at any time. Ages 13+
 
Outdoor Cycling (Seasonal)
Learn efficient biking technique and get a great workout while enjoying the beautiful routes led by our experienced instructors. You must provide your bike and helmet, and be capable of changing a flat tire. A signed release waiver is required. It is recommended to have at least a 15-mile base.

Strength & Balance
Experience resistance training at a gentler pace with stability balls, tubing, barbells, and dumb-bells. Class includes balance exercise to improve body awareness. An extended stretch for improved flexibility concludes the class.
   
Step With Strength
A power hour of stepping to music for a high-intensity cardio blast. Strength and toning exercises mix into the workout.
 
Cardio Core
Get your cardio workout and challenge your core at the same time. Class incorporates the step, core boards and jump ropes in ways that will target the core and get your heart pumping.
 
Cardio Progression
Increase your strength and cardio fitness all in this one non-impact workout. Compound exercises with props like dumbbells and core boards gets the heart pumping.
 
Essential Moves
This class is a low-impact strength and flexibility class based on dance training. Core stability is gracefully challenged.
 
Abs to Core
Cut to the core with exercises that strengthen the abs and back. Add core stability exercises using the stability ball and notice instant results!
 
Stretch Class
Release the tension in your muscles through deep breathing and relaxation techniques. Improve flexibility through safe stretches and feel better all over!
