Tri-City Court Club offers over 60 group exercise classes per week that can fit into anyone's busy schedule. Our dynamic instructor team will lead the way to fun, energizing and motivating workouts.  All classes begin with a warm-up phase and conclude with a cool-down phase. Dress comfortably with proper footwear. A water bottle and workout towel are recommended.

Cross-training for Balance Incentive Program
Jump start the spring season with our incentive program called “Cross-training for Balance”. The main objective is combining both strength and cardio workouts in your weekly work-out routine.  The Cross –Training for Balance incentive program begins Monday, April 9 – Saturday May 12. Group Power “Spring Power Up”
Earn 25 bonus points for the spring incentive program by attending our Spring Power Up specialty class.  Group Power strengthens major muscle groups using barbells and plates. Strength training has never been this much fun! Class limited to 50.  RSVP at the service desk.

Outdoor Cycling Begins April 2
Must wear a helmet; have a 15-mile ride base and be able to change a flat tire. A signed release waiver is required (available from the instructor). See class schedule for details.

Group Kick Technique Workshop
Learn Group Kick proper technique and correct execution in this fun workshop. Group Kick fuses martial arts with kick boxing and is a favorite choice for our members. This is a great place to “Bring It On” and ramp up your workouts.  All levels welcome.  RSVP.
