Tri-City Court Club offers over 60 group exercise classes per week that can fit into anyone's busy schedule. Our dynamic instructor team will lead the way to fun, energizing and motivating workouts. All classes begin with a warm-up phase and conclude with a cool-down phase. Dress comfortably with proper footwear. A water bottle and workout towel are recommended.

New Member Intro Class: Group Ride Express
This 45-minute indoor cycling class teaches bike set up and basic fundamentals. Get the most out of your workout in a non-intimidating friendly environment. Bring a towel and water bottle. Don’t forget to bring a friend! RSVP. Class limited to 28.

Cross-training for Balance Incentive Program
Jump start your workout with our “Cross-training for Balance” incentive program. Attend 2 strength classes and 2 cardio workout classes for a minimum of 4 workouts per week. Earn bonus points for attending specialty classes. Start off strong by attending the Group Power “Spring Power Up” class listed below for 25 bonus points. Reach your goal of 240 minimum points to qualify for great prizes. Pick up a tracking card and specialty class schedule in the studios. See our website for more info.

Group Power “Spring Power Up”
Earn 25 bonus points for the spring incentive program by attending our Spring Power Up specialty class. Group Power strengthens major muscle groups using barbells and plates. Strength training has never been this much fun! Class limited to 50. RSVP at the service desk.

Outdoor Cycling Begins April 2
Must wear a helmet; have a 15-mile ride base and be able to change a flat tire. A signed release waiver is required (available from the instructor). See class schedule for details.

Group Kick Technique Workshop
Learn Group Kick proper technique and correct execution in this fun workshop. Group Kick fuses martial arts with kick boxing and is a favorite choice for our members. This is a great place to “Bring It On” and ramp up your workouts. All levels welcome. RSVP.
