Featuring Stott Pilates
Stott Pilates is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates.  Years of refinement has resulted in the inclusion of modern principles of exercise science and spinal rehabilitation, making it one of the safest and most effective methods available.  This clear and detailed approach forms the basis for Stott Pilates training and certification programs.

Pilates Essential Mat
Level II - 26 mat exercises are taught with proper technique and form.  This personal training class adds more challenge with props and variations.  Try your first class for free!

Pilates Intermediate Reformer

More advance reformer exercises at a higher pace which increases the intensity of the reformer workout.  Pre-requisite for this class is two, 4-week sessions of Essential Reformer.

Pilates Reformer
Level II / III - adds resistance to Pilates exercises and offers new options for strength training.

One-on-One Pilates Personal Training

Yoga

We offer a wide variety of Yoga classes to appeal to all levels and preferences.  Below is a brief description of our different classes.

Intro to Yoga 1
Enjoy the benefits of yoga at a gentle level that appeals to the beginner.  Improve breathing techniques and learn the basics of yoga.  Class is taught in a comfortably warm studio. 
  
Yoga II
Yoga is performed with flowing movement at a deeper level.  While there is an increased intensity, the class is still open to all levels.  Breathing techniques and meditation is focused to conclude the class.  Class is taught in a heated studio.
 
Bikram's Beginning Yoga
26 pose (asana) series challenges the spirit to work harder, deeper, and calmer.  Produce a union of body, mind and soul.  All levels welcome.  Class is taught in a heated studio.
