Get Fit with Tubing Workshop 
Exercise tubing is most often brought up by those individuals that have participated in physical therapy. Did you know that a simple piece of tubing can be made into a very dynamic exercise tool? This session is sure to open your eyes to the possibility of outdoor exercise, exercising while on vacation or business trips or yes even while at the gym. Fitness tubing when used correctly is very versatile and leaves your muscles burning and your heart pumping. Come and learn for yourself.

Join Our Group Fitness Spring Incentive Program

Core Training Workshop
 
Does your core training program consist of crunches, crunches and more crunches? This one exercise by itself delivers very little benefit to your core, or for that matter…your health. This workshop is designed to educate you on the most effective core training techniques. Come and learn how to develop a strong, lean and functional core.
