Online Registration & Court Reservations

Welcome to Tri-City Court Club's Online Registration and Court Reservations Program!  You can reserve tennis and racquetball courts online.  You can also register for many TCCC programs including Starfish Swim Lessons.  Don't wait in line, register online while enjoying the comfort of home!

Trouble Shooting - For Members 
Q:  "I clicked FIRST TIME USER to setup my account but the system did not recognize me."
A:  You may not be using your FULL name that we have on file for you.  For example, you may be entering Bob but we have Robert in our system.
We may have a spelling error or your birthdate incorrect in our system.  You will need to call the Service Desk to verify your information and make any necessary changes.  509.783.5465
 
Q:  "I was registering online as a guest before but now I have joined the Club.  When I log in with my e-mail and password the system still shows our family as guests and wants to charge the community rate for programs."
A:  Your current e-mail address and password is linked to your guest account.  To setup your member account you need to click FIRST TIME USER on the login page.  You can use your same e-mail address but you will need to set a different password.
 
Q:  "I'm trying to register my child for a children's program, such as swim lessons, but my kids do not show up on my account."
A:  Each membership has a main member.  It is not always the father or mother - this is determined when you joined the Club and cannot be changed.  If you do not see your kids on your account you need to log out and log back in under the main member on your membership.  If you have not setup an account for the main member you will need to select FIRST TIME USER on the login page.
 
Q:  "I'm a member of the Club but the registration program doesn't show my kids on the account."
A:  The rate charged is determined by whether or not the child is a member.  If you are a member but your child is not on your membership you will need to add your child as a guest (log in and select MY INFO in the top right corner), then register for the program.  If you are a member of the Club and have upgraded your membership to include your kids you will need to remove any kids on your account that you have added as guests. 

Trouble Shooting - For Community 
Q:  "How do I add my kids to my account?"
A:  After you have setup your account and registered as a guest you can add your kids through the MY INFO link in the top, right corner.
