Whether it’s the great music, the fun atmosphere, the motivation from the trainer, the camaraderie and energy of the group, or the variety in programming, our clients love our group training sessions. We have designed our group training schedule to offer flexibility and a balanced approach to fitness.

Medicine-Ball Power Training
What piece of gym equipment can you throw, catch, hold, and lift? If you said dumb bell, please don’t train near us!  Medicine balls are a great way to exercise any area of your body, whether upper, lower, or core. This training is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and sizes. There are many benefits to training with medicine balls. They allow for improved range of motion, core strength, coordination, flexibility, joint integrity, and total body strength.  Class limited to 8.

BOSU Balance to the Core 
Are you ready for a different exercise experience? A high-energy class that blends traditional addominal and back exercises with non-traditional stabilization,balance and cardio challenges. Boot Camp is delivering RESULTS! Body Challenge Boot Camp
Our mission with Body Challenge Boot Camp is to get your body into phenomenal shape.  Our class participants are losing weight, increasing energy, reducing stress, building their confidence and making new boot camp friends. Cancer WellFit Program
Our Cancer Wellness Program is a 10-week small group program designed for cancer survivors who have recently become de-conditioned or chronically fatigued from their treatment and/or disease. Our goal is to help patients build muscle mass and muscle strength, increase flexibility and endurance, and improve functional ability.  Additional goals include reducing the severity of therapy side effects, preventing unwanted weight changes, and improving energy levels and self-esteem. A final goal of the program is to assist participants in developing their own physical fitness program so they can continue to practice a healthy lifestyle as a part of their recovery and as a way of life.

Cancer WellFit™ is made possible at the Tri-City Court Club with our partnership with the Tri-Cities Cancer Center. We have worked with hundreds of clients since 2006. If you would like to participate in the program, please contact the Tri-Cities Cancer Center. During your call or visit you’ll receive upcoming dates and enrollment information. We currently run four 10-week sessions per year.
