Racquetball & Squish
It's a GREAT Workout!
Did you know that a 200 pound man will burn 900 calories in 60 minutes playing competitive racquetball? And best of all it is fun and easy to learn! Tri-City Court Club has six racquetball courts and plenty of players and programs to keep you active.
Attention: Courts will be closed for maintenance starting Wednesday, May 23 through Thursday, May 31.
Racquetball Open Play
If you are looking for a good way to take your racquetball game to the next level, league play is a good means to that end. You are exposed to different styles and skill sets, along with plenty of good-natured competition, all while chasing a bouncing blue ball that can reach speeds of 100+ miles per hour! Leagues are free and open to all levels. Participants can enroll in a league at any time.

Squish Doubles Open Play
That strange looking net you see across the front wall of a racquetball court is for Squish, a sport that combines the action of racquetball, squash and even a little ping-pong. Once you get the hang of it you can burn up to 1000 calories an hour. Squish is easy to learn and fun to play. If you would like to try the game, contact Steve for a free intro to Squish lesson.

Mini-Tournaments
These tournaments are designed to squeeze a maximum amount of fun into a minimum amount of time. Be ready to play, play, play! Prizes include a t-shirt (sometimes), cash (if you’re lucky) and fun (always). Limited to 12 participants for racquetball and 20 participants for squish. Sign up in the racquetball lounge.
